Borges Brooks Builders is a family operated custom home building business that focuses on building high end custom homes on Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast, specializing in the award winning communities of Watercolor, Watersound, Rosemary and The Retreat.

The Borges Brooks Team has over $70 million in home completion valuations since 2008, and we have been featured in National Magazines for our new homes, including the HGTV Magazine for our remodeling work. Our customers homes, should they choose to sell, are featured on our partner website, www.30APropertyTeam.com.

Our Home Remodeling Services team has extensive experience turning ugly ducklings into beautiful swans! We have over 50 years of collective experience, and have completed very simple cosmetic upgrades as well as complete gut jobs and rebuilds. Our recent remodel was featured in HGTV Magazine.
